Ordered at 10:40 pm and sushi came fresh even though it was late at night. Quality of the ingredients is good and the rolls are big and filling.

I don't usually leave a review unless the food is really really good and they deserve it so much. Plus, I love supporting small, local, and family owned restaurant. Yen at the cashier and her dad the chef Tom were so nice. Restaurant with very good food and a quality customer service is beyond! I came all the way from southshore and drove 40 mins just to get to this restaurant in mtl, I was really craving for sushi and ramen at 2 am. I ordered both and it was excellent, very comforting ramen I ever had, savory and very soothing soup perfect for late night cravings plus the meat, wow it was so soft and tasty, sushis were also very appetizing, freshly made given the time. I was so satisfied after and just the idea of they cater clients at this time alone since normally majority of the restaurants are already closed . Kudos to you guys Ichi shop & Ramen your service is very much appreciated. I definitely will come back and I 100% recommend them. Amazing atmosphere, they decorated for Christmas and its so adorable! The food was DELICIOUS! And the people who work there are super welcoming, patient and very helpful with their menu! The bathroom is squeaky clean too. I came here with my family and I left with a full tummy and a huge smile on my face. Thank you for your amazing service! Will be back!

I found this place while I was walking on my way to work ! I stopped by to give it a try The service was friendly, had no issue with it and got my food relatively quick ! The restaurant inside is very clean as pictured and very quiet. I enjoy the simple decor and the plants they've put in their restaurant, giving a calm cozy environment I order a 14 pieces with a "ichi surprise" roll to dine in before heading to work and the food taste is good ! I enjoy the ichi surprise sushi , a crunchy fried shrimp (if I remember) with some tuna and cucumber and I eat along with the combo sushi that I request to have the hosomaki all avocado! A downsize it would be that the maki rolls mixed in my combo isn't well proportionally cut as it was pretty inconsistent the size of each piece (as picture showed below) which is a unfortunate .. and also the nigiri salmon was temperature room bit warm for a raw fish Overall, nice little restaurant, great service but the food was alright

I ordered from the ramen shop portion of the restaurant on uber eats at 1am and it wasn't the best but honestly it was great for a 1am ramen. Definitely better than a lot of other spots on uber eats. The seaweed salad is a very small portion and they put it on some regular salad to make it look bigger i guess? But not worth buying. Gyozas were great and the sauce is really good. Soup (chicken shoyu) was great, egg yolk was a little bit grainy but other than that a really good soup and meal overall.
